All sales on products and online classes are final, and no refund will be issued. However, if your product is damaged when you receive it please contact us at inquiry@dreamroofsupply.com.

 

RETURNS

All purchases are final. DreamRoof Supply does not accept returns unless the received item(s) are evidently damaged. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

There will be a 10% stocking fee charged as well.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
